Customer Intelligence
One of my crowning achievements (and still being refined) is a custom-built Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (WordPress plugin) that tracks user interactions across the website, logs key events to a SQL database, and generates dashboards with both individual and global insights. By integrating machine learning algorithms, the system segments customers based on predicted stages in the purchase funnel. This segmentation enables highly targeted engagements—such as personalized sales calls and email campaigns—designed to advance customers through the funnel and reduce churn. A custom system was produced (as opposed to commercial products) so that it integrates seamlessly with the seller’s custom e-commerce plugin, WordPress environment, and custom Learning Management System (LMS).
